Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models of architectural designs.

• Work closely with architects to understand and implement design concepts.

• Produce high-quality renderings for presentations and marketing materials.

• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in 3D modelling and visualization.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D modelling and visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino.

• Strong artistic skills, including a strong sense of color, lighting, perspective, scale, and composition.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to take direction and accept constructive feedback.
